Cancellations for non-private online group class offerings must be made within (1) hour of the class start time. Students may opt to receive a full refund of the price of a single class (provided that the cancellation was made at least 1 hour before the start of the class), a class credit or an opportunity to reschedule. No exceptions.

Cancellations for all private class sessions, which include 1:1 private classes and private group classes must be made 24 hours in advance. No exceptions.

In the event of a "no-show", emergency, or late cancellation, no refunds will be given. An opportunity to reschedule will be provided instead.

To cancel, please refer to the Private Class Agreement Packet that you received during the initial consultation for information on how to best contact me to cancel any of our private sessions.

Cancellations for non-private in-person outdoor group classes must be made 24 hours in advance. No exceptions. Any cancellations that are made less than 24 hours prior to the start of class will result in a 50% charge of the full price of the class. No exceptions.
