Private One-on-One Yoga Class Sessions

Each private session is intentionally curated to offer a self-paced, tailored and deeply personalized experience. Each session will focus on your unique needs, goals, and rhythm. These sessions are a partnership designed to help you connect with your body, mind and breath.

This class package includes private sessions that unfold over the course of 12 weeks allowing time to grow, reflect and embody your practice.

Private One-on-One classes are held once a week, and each class is one hour in length.

Student will be provided practices to work on at their convenience in between our private class sessions.

Only 2 students are accepted each season. This ensures each student receives full attention, more flexibility and a genuine connection.

These in-person classes are offered locally only with flexibility to choose online sessions when needed.

This package is designed for those who are seeking to learn the foundations of a yoga practice in addition to also seeking growth, transformation and a sustainable yoga practice. With your help, you and I will create a custom journey that aligns with your personal goals.
